In Canada, Chapters is selling the book!
October 30, 2008Okay. Canadian reader wrote in, yay! She received her copy of the book from Chapters on October 28th, and ordered it online. And apparently the store is now listing the book as available now, instead of Dec 1st, and just did this a couple of days ago.
