Bookplate requests can be sent here. Please send a self-addressed stamped envelope. We are running about six months behind on fulfilling bookplate requests. (Bookplates are stickers signed by Mel that you can put in your books.) So please be patient. We hope to be up to speed shortly.

All of Mel's e-mail goes to her two assistants first, who forward them to Mel. We send her everything except for group emails (forwards, quizzes, etc.) so please don't send her those. Mel reads EVERY email that she receives, but can only personally respond ONCE to each reader. Right now she is running about three months behind in responding to emails. Please consult her FAQ page or search this website to see if she has already answered your question. Also please don't send Mel your writing, she can't read it as per her lawyer's advice. But she will be running more writing contests on the site where you will be able to share your work with her.
